Deighton Rowe was established in the winter of 1991, with the aim of being one of the UK’s finest popular music sales promotion consultancies. As the 90s progressed, we successfully executed a variety of notable campaigns such as Tampax and Beverley Craven, Cadbury and Wet Wet Wet, Holsten Pils and a variety of Brit Pop bands, Coca-Cola and Def Leppard, and Carlsberg and James to name a few.

And as our reputation grew, we expanded our entertainment areas to include comedians, illusionists and sportsmen as well as producing live shows, putting tailored music compilations cassettes/CDs together, bespoking entertainment themed team building assignments, travel incentives, exhibition stands and conferences. Many of these activities have taken place outside of the UK, i.e. Western Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific Rim, South Africa and Central America.

Adam Deighton, founder of the company, leads a tightly knit team with a variety of experiences from TV, Sport, Music, Advertising, Sponsorship, Marketing and PR disciplines. Susie Richards, Associate Director and client liaison since 1994 has seen clients requirements change throughout this time – “it used to be music sponsorship then it became brand with the band, and now with the advent of downloading/mobile evolution, it has become the association and procurement of entertainment content. The culmination of all our experience has to be the lead up to and re-opening of London's grandest railway station St Pancras International in 2007.”

Revue magazine is our regular pocket entertainment guide. It is primarily aimed at Directors and Executives who are involved in the entertainment marketing process and who don’t have the time to extensively read entertainment magazines such as Mojo, Word, Q, Rolling Stone, Blender, Vibe or NME. It provides a vital snapshot of the hardware and software industries with gadget ‘test drives’, people of the moment interviews, artists on the up and music that may have been missed. Needless to say, we support the creators of the finest worldwide entertainment. See the latest issue here >>
